Why are Dystopian Books Good?

Dystopian books are books that are set in a bad society or place because it's the opposite of a utopia. Hunger Games, The Maze Runner,and Divergent are all examples of young adult dystopian books. I really like these books. Maybe it's because the characters can change the world, or maybe it's because it really makes you wonder what you would do in the situation. In the end I will always love these books for being weird and surprising.

These books are weird. For starters they're usually trilogies for some reason. Characters always have funny names like Four, Frypan,Newt, Tally, America and Katniss. Sometimes the people in the story are completely odd, like in the Hunger Games all the rich people dressed like they were Lady Gaga. And in Divergent they all have some weird thing that the Dauntless are obsessed with jumping off of trains for literally no reason. Still, I like seeing differences and making the book odd because, it separates the book from the others.

Sometimes finishing one of these books I can't believe what I just read. No matter what I will continue to be surprised by these books. After reading The Maze Runner I just sat there kinda freaking out. Don't get me started on Red Queen it was crazy.

12- The Fifth Wave by Rick Yancy

In conclusion I love these books and so do many others. Its because of the situations the characters are put in an their bravery in result.
